What is the return policy for GilsonsEngraving.com?

We guarantee the quality of all items purchased at GilsonsEngraving.com.

If your item arrives to you broken or damaged, you may return your item for a replacement. Be sure to keep the original product container. For best results, use the shipping packaging your order arrived in, and send your items back to us. We will credit your account for any shipping expenses you incur upon receipt of the damaged goods.

If you need to return your purchase for a refund, please send to us a copy of your invoice along with your order and we will credit your account for the value of the merchandise only, upon receipt of your returned order.

Can orders be shipped outside of the United States?
